Pros and cons of Tropical Satellites app for iPhone and iPad

Tropical Satellites app good for

Pro: its a good app for people who live on the east coast, it gives people the opertunity to see whats going on the atlantic easier so they can make a more sound judgement Con: The people living overseas cant use this app because it doesnt show the western pacific satilites, can you please add these. Other: It would be nice if you can see the maps in landscape view, so we can have a bigger map to look at Thank You from a US Marine
I live in Hawaii and this is a great app to have. Can you guys display the temputure and if you can make the map larger and zoom in. Also some push notification would be nice. Notify us when there will be bad weather coming. Great app but....
The Maps are great but it needs a wide view of the pacific (from central America to hawaii and further south.)

Some bad moments

Last nights "downgrade" stinks IMO. The widescreens are stupid, visual distortions of the same feeds of the previous version. Whoever suggested widescreens clearly is not a meteorologist, nor a mariner! Time to delete this app for one that loads fast & displays wide views so I can see what is developing 3-4 days out. Sheesh! Why did you have to screw up something good?!?!
No zooming not really much useful info. Spend the extra few bucks and get Hurricane instead.
But after the last update it just shows a tiny weather map on 1/4 of the iPhone screen. Not much help, unfortunately.
